Publicity Officer Emyr Williams said “It was just amazing to come out on top – and a real tribute to our members’ creativity. March, of course, usually brings in both sunshine and showers, and more great opportunities to be creative.”Our monthly programme is all competitions this time, with three of them being the regular projected image (Monday the 2nd), colour print (16th), and black and white print (30th) ones.
But there’s a really extra-inventive twist on Monday the 9th.with the ‘3 from 1 Challenge’, where the trick is to take 3 very different photos while standing in just one place!

Then on the 23rd, there’s a Street Photography competition, so that members can show their gritty and original side – but outdoors!
We’re a very sociable club, and everyone’s welcome to come along. Our meetings are held at 7.30 on Monday evenings in the centre of Hemel Hempstead at the Salvation Army Hall, Waterhouse Street, HP1 1ES. For more information, please check out our website on http://www.hhps.org.uk
